AgroBioSolutions elaborates strategic business plans en investment appraisal (feasibility) studies for emerging or established entrepreneurs engaged in the agricultural sector (at primary, secondary or tertiary levels). AgroBioSolutions formulates the project enterprise in terms of central (corporate) objective(s), possible (marketing) development strategies, potential market shares, corresponding production and processing capacity, the project location, the raw material supply and appropriate technology and equipment. We mobilize multidisciplinary teams of expatriate and local experts, to evaluate commercial, technical and financial feasibility of agricultural production, processing, marketing and distribution enterprises.
Scope of Actvities & Output
1) Project Outline: Specifying corporate goals, targets, strategies, policies and action programmes
2) Commercial & Technical Assessment: Determination of effective demand for the envisaged output and definition of the characteristics of corresponding markets, based on which appropriate production programs, including the required input, technology and human resources, will be defined. Determining product-target markets and market shares; defining corresponding production and processing capacity; determining location; assessing raw material supply; selecting appropriate technology
3) Financial Assessment : Scope of investments, including working capital, the production, processing and marketing costs, the sales revenues and the return on the capital invested, calculating financial performance indicators.
4) Defining a proper strategy for enterprise development in a dynamic and competitive environment guided by the basic principle of risk minimisation, directed to achieve and maintain an optimal position for the enterprise(s) concerned. Core skills will be identified that will set the enterprise(s) apart from the competitors and allow them to gain comparative advantages in order to survive in a competitive environment.
