Financial Engineering
We have a sound track record in acquiring grant financing (subsidies) for our clients from competitive Dutch and International Development Programmes.
If your Project would only qualify for loan financing, we assist in developing a bankable Business Plan to apply for commercial or concessional loans from Development or Commercial Banks and other Financing Institutions.
If deemed appropriate and desirable, we may prepare investment propositions to attract private equity capital from reliable sources such as strategic investors, venture capitalists or social capital funds.
We undertake finance acquisition generally on a success fee basis, i.e. that you only pay us when we succesfully achieved an agreed milestone, typically on formal approval of an application or on disbursement of funds.
Business Plans and Investment Appraisal or Feasibility Studies
Guiding both emerging and established entrepreneurs from the Agricultural or Bio-energy Sectors in realising their Business propositions, allowing them to make balanced investment decisions, we elaborate strategic Business Plans and comprehensive Investment Appraisal or Feasibility Studies.
Our multidisciplinary expert team evaluates the technical, environmental, social, institutional, political, commercial and financial or economic viability of the proposed investments in Agricultural & Bio-energy Business Ventures in production, processing, marketing and distribution.
We generate & present adequate information to facilitate investment decisions as envisaged to develop Agri-Businesses or Enterprises. The usual output of such an exercise is a bankable Business Plan or Feasibility Study that meets both expectations and requirements of Investors and Financial Institutions.
