The following, very similar grant programmes are available for Dutch companies, to strengthen their  position in emerging markets:

• DHK programme
• Transition Facility

The following activities can be subsidized:

Transition Facility (TF)

The Transition Facility is a subsidy programme supporting Dutch companies to access the emerging markets of Colombia, South Africa and Vietnam (‘transition countries’). TF can consider the following activities that serve as a stepping stone for investment or increased exports:

The programme subsidises 50% of the cost of hiring a third party expert who can provide the necessary advice and expertise. This may relate to for example legal aspects, market conditions,  local strategic partners, feasibility of the proposed business case, sourcing of qualified staff, etcetera (subsidy: 50% with a minimum of € 10,000 and a maximum of € 50,000).

TF priority sectors have been identified per transition country as follows:

Transition Facility (TF) & DHK grants

Agro Bio Solutions successfully facilitated & executed similar projects under similar programmes (PESP, 2-xplore) in a wide range of sectors and countries. If you have the intention to invest in developing a business venture which need to be evaluated on its merits, we offer to conduct the required Feasibility Study and arrange the financial means for covering the cost of such a study.

We start with screening your consortium and project idea, and where necessary strengthen the proposition. Together with you & your team, we prepare a first project outline for presentation to the EVD (the intake). Using our expertise and experience from previous applications we will prepare a comprehensive project plan so that it optimally meets both your commercial objectives and requirements of TF & DHK. We will perform our duties with dedication and perseverance. Grant Application is normally done on a basis of a no-cure, no-pay. Generally, we support the project activities as outlined in the TF & DHK Programme throughout their life at a fixed fee and quite possibly assist you in securing financing for further investment on project completion.
